What an incredible day of sportsmanship and effort displayed by our amazing Year 5 and 6 students at the Winter Lightning Carnival! ⚽️🏐
The air was buzzing with excitement as our young athletes took to the field, ready to showcase their skills in netball and soccer. The chilly weather couldn’t dampen their spirits as they played their hearts out and made us all proud.
The netball court was a spectacle of determination and teamwork. It was a joy to witness their competitive yet respectful spirit, cheering each other on and celebrating every goal.
On the soccer field, the energy was intense! Our young footballers attempted fast footwork and precision passes. But what truly stood out was the sportsmanship displayed by all participants. Regardless of the results, the students supported and encouraged one another, showcasing the true spirit of camaraderie and fair play. It was a beautiful reminder that the bonds formed through sports go beyond winning or losing.
