Congratulations to all the students who participated in this year’s Athletics Carnival. Thank you to everyone who turned out to support the children, especially to those parents who assisted on the day setting up, packing up, cooking, baking and everything else. A massive thank you to all the teachers for all their efforts throughout the day and in the lead up to the carnival.
Now to the results… Congratulations to Ormond for taking out the overall trophy this year with Quinlan runners up. Merritt were in third place, however, for demonstrating great team work, cheering and organisation, they took the Spirit Award this year. Congratulations to all the individual award winners and those students who will be representing us at the Interschool Athletics on Tuesday September 21 at the WA State Athletics stadium. We look forward to another big supportive crowd of parents, friends and grandparents at this event!
